We have the ability to deliver full custom uniforms in less than a week. Our manufacturing department is committed and willing to work over time in order to hit your rush order dates. Because we incur additional costs rush orders may carry a rush fee. Our standard rush fees can be found below. Rush fees may be reduced or eliminated in some cases as manufacturing capacity allows. In the event Next Day Air or other expedited shipping methods are needed to hit your required date, you will be required to pay this cost in addition to the rush fee. The rush fee only covers our added costs of production.

A one-time setup charge may apply on custom lettering, numbering and logos. Please send all custom artwork via e-mail to info@uniformsexpress.com in Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator format.


With the Uniforms Express free sample policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. We gladly send free samples so that you can ensure the sizing and quality is perfect for your team. These samples are sent with a $20 deposit from you to cover the shipping to and from. All we ask is that you send back the samples within seven days of receipt. Return shipping is absolutely free to you. You will be provided with a pre-paid return label to return the samples back to Uniforms Express. Any fees you paid, excluding expedited shipping costs, will be credited towards your uniform order when samples are returned and the order is placed.


  1. Fill out the order form and send it to us via our secure web server or call us toll free at 1 619–628–8210.
  2. After we confirm all the details of your order we will collect a 50% deposit* on all Non-PO orders.
  3. Approximately 1 week before your order is complete and ready to ship we will automatically collect the second half of the payment. If paying by check please send 2nd payment within 3 weeks from when you placed your order.
  4. You will receive your order via UPS Ground.
  5. Fill-in orders: when a team reorders uniforms, 12+ pricing will be applied.


a) All orders of $500 or less must be paid in full before we will start production.
b) All cap only orders and pants only orders must be paid in full before we will start production.
c) 50% off guarantee only valid if order is paid in full upon placing order.
d) 50% off guarantee applies if game day is missed.


Changes to an order that has already been confirmed by the customer, or was placed with no confirmation needed, will be subject to a $25 administration fee. Additionally, customers will be charged for the labor and material costs of any changes that are made.


Cancellation fees will vary depending on the status and size of the order. If a cancellation is received 24 hours after the ready to process has been sent out a 15% minimum fee will apply*. In case of a cancellation request is received after 24 hours from the ready to process being sent out there will be a minimum of 35% re-stocking fee*. * On orders under $500 dollars the minimum cancellation fee will be of $50 dollars after the Ready to processes has been sent out.

Credit Cards
Credit card payments are the fastest and easiest way to pay. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards only.

We accept checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts only. All returned checks will incur a $25 processing fee.

Bank Wires
Customers must pay any wire fees charged by their bank. Processing or shipping your order takes place after we receive a wire confirmation via fax. There is a $25 service charge for bank wires on orders under $500.

Purchase Orders (schools only)
We must have a faxed copy of the PO and coach's guarantee form before we can start production. We must have the originals before we can ship.

Because our products are unique to every customer, Uniforms Express does not accept returns or exchanges on customized items. Customized items include any of the following: trims, lettering, numbering, embroidery, custom sizes, custom length or custom colors.

Non-customized products are subject to a 15% restocking fee and requires a pre-approved Return Authorization number on all returns and exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

New product will not be released on an exchange until the original items are returned and the restocking fee plus shipping are paid in full. In the event new product is shipped prior to a return, payment is required in full on the new items. This amount will be refunded, less 15% of the original product plus a 5% finance charge on the new items once the original product is returned.


Orders be shipped from the United States to countries outside the United States may incur import duties (taxes). It is our customer's responsibility to understand the tax consequences of importation. Uniforms Express will not be held accountable for any such charges. To find out what taxes may apply in your country please contact your local customs office.


Uniforms Express is committed to quality. We take great pride in delivering the highest quality uniform that exceeds industry standard and customer expectations. However, custom uniforms are hand made and slight imperfections or mistakes may occur and be visable in an arms length inspection. We are equally committed to fixing or replacing imperfect products when they fail the "on field" or "team photo" test. If an imperfection or mistake is noticable in a standard team photo or while viewing the player on the field, we'll fix it or replace it free of charge.

Uniform Washing Instructions

Step 1: Look for stains that may need to be pre-treated. A safe method to remove a stain is cold water and soap. Wet the stain and scrub by hand. There are also many stain removers on the market. Use these according to the directions.

Step 2: Wash your dark colors and light colors separately. Your dark colors may fade and the color will transfer to the light colors.

Step 3: Cold water is a safe temperature to wash your uniform in. There are many detergents specially made for a cold water wash.

Step 4: Remove your uniform immediately after the last rinse cycle. This will help to prevent wrinkles setting into the fabric if the uniform actually starts to dry inside the washer.

Step 5: Lay the uniform flat and with your hands, press out the wrinkles. You may notice puckering around the stitching. Using both hands, hold opposite ends and give a gentle tug.

Step 6: Lay flat to dry on a line. A padded hanger will also work to dry but pay attention to the shoulders and make necessary adjustments. The shirt will conform to shape of the hanger as it dries this could cause unwanted bumbs in the material.
